Wynwood Walls "Inside the Walls" Official Tour

The Wynwood Walls "Inside the Walls" Official Tour offers an in-depth exploration of Miami's celebrated street art destination. This accredited tour is led by a Wynwood Walls certified guide and provides exclusive access to the iconic murals, galleries, and spaces within the Wynwood Walls campus. Designed for art lovers, cultural explorers, and anyone curious about urban creativity, the tour begins at the Wynwood Walls Welcome Center in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood district.

Your experience starts with a check-in at the Welcome Center, where you’ll skip the standard admission lines and receive a brief orientation from your guide. The introduction sets the stage for a journey through one of the world’s most impressive curated street art collections, located at 2516 NW 2nd Ave. As you enter, you’ll immediately sense the vibrant energy that has made Wynwood a global arts destination.

The guided walk takes you across the sprawling 75,000-square-foot outdoor museum, home to over 38 monumental murals and towering sculptures. Your guide leads you from wall to wall, sharing stories behind the works by celebrated international artists such as Shepard Fairey, Kenny Scharf, and Lady Aiko. Along the way, you’ll discover diverse artistic styles, bold techniques, and the cultural movements that have shaped the Wynwood Walls into a living canvas of contemporary expression.

Throughout the tour, your guide provides insight into the history and evolution of street art in Wynwood, revealing how these murals played a key role in transforming the neighborhood. You’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the creative process, the messages embedded within the art, and the influence these works have had on Miami’s cultural landscape. The experience also includes a look at the techniques and materials used, offering a behind-the-scenes understanding you won’t find elsewhere.

The journey continues indoors with a visit to two modern fine art galleries on site. Explore the Main Gallery, which showcases group exhibitions of canvas pieces by the muralists featured on the walls, and the Solo Show gallery, dedicated to a top contemporary artist. These spaces highlight the connection between street art and the broader world of contemporary fine art, enriching your perspective on the movement.

As your guided exploration concludes, you’ll have time to capture photos in front of the world-famous murals and sculptures. Don’t miss the chance to visit the Wynwood Walls Shop, where you can browse limited-edition artist collaborations, apparel, and collectibles exclusive to this location. Depending on availability, you might also get to participate in a hands-on spray painting experience as part of the street art immersion.
